TravelMatch is an innovation to create a professional meeting place for the Norwegian and International travel trade ahead of the annual consumer fair Reiseliv.
Primarily the TravelMatch event is a professional and structured workshop, where appointments can be booked in advance on internet. In this way, an efficient process is secured, where you can meet interesting companies as potential partners. 15 minutes is set for each meeting. In total the schedule accommodates 16 meetings throughout the day, but there will also be options for discussions during lunch, coffee breaks and mingling.
Foreign companies interesting in offering their services to and through Norwegian distributors and buyers, can enter their profile in the database, allowing the buyers to find out who could be of interest. The sellers shall in this case be such as incoming agents, hotels, passenger carriers, tourist offices etc. from various countries, considering Norway as a potential market, and therefore need partners in this market. It is also possible for the sellers to approach buyers to initiate a meeting appointment. Sellers who are also attending the consumer fair Reiseliv as an exhibitor/co-exhibitor, shall be offered half price for attending TravelMatch. Some 70-80 sellers are expected to attend TravelMatch 2012.
